On May 3, 2019, the Fourth Taoxichuan Spring & Autumn Art Fair (Spring Fair) was officially held on Taoxichuan Ceramic Art Avenue, which was a grand fusion of art exhibition, master lectures, sci-tech experience, music performance, creative fair and interactive entertainment. The fair was attended by 114 foreign artists from 17 countries, and teachers and students of 18 famous universities in China, and provided 47 high-quality interaction activities, 16 wonderful exhibitions and 574 booths that had attracted over 10,000 art and culture fans across China.
As the brand activity created by Taoxichuan Ceramic Art Avenue, the art fair is organized every spring and autumn, and this was the fourth Spring & Autumn Art Fair since the inaugural event in October 2017. This year, the fair involved more crossover elements: strategic partnership with German KPM at the opening ceremony, and the creative show of "Naked Resignation for Naked Ceramics" by the young people quitting jobs in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. In response to the national strategy of "intelligence plus", a large number of AI service robots were deployed in different scenarios of Taoxichuan. Yu Xiaobing, general manager of Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture Tourism Group said, "The Spring and Autumn Fair constantly integrates the cultural richness of ceramics in Jingdezhen and the international fashion lifestyle to create an open, interesting and charming urban party and offer the experience of fashion and art."
Going through the vicissitude over the past century, Taoxichuan of Jingdezhen gets rejuvenated and returns to the public view. The serial activities including the Spring and Autumn Fair, music festival, animation festival and art show in the past three years inject young hormones into this 1,000-year-old ceramic capital that demonstrates its vitality once again.
This fair witnessed the collision of oriental and occidental cultures, the inheritance of both ancient and modern spirits, the integration of art and technology, and the innovation of traditions. This May Day holiday totally had 160 million tourists in China, and the fair as the focus of young people recorded a new historic high.
Taoxichuan represents the future and infinite possibility of ceramic art while Jingdezhen's original imperial kiln is an inheritor of history and memory. The combination of old and new ceramic culture adds many fresh plots to the old city.
This fair brought together hundreds of young people who quitted their jobs in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Through the serial themed activities, they recalled their dreams and explored future directions.

2019 Taoxichuan Spring & Autumn Art Fair for the first time "employed" robot staffs: the unattended robot booth, street performance by robots, robot arm coffee kiosk, robot host, robot "girl group" drew a lot of attention. In every art gallery and museum, the robot "Bao Xiao Mi" provided by Cheetah Mobile explained ceramic culture and art to visitors.
