BEIJING, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- China's li-ion battery exports increased by 83.31 percent year on year in the first half of this year, reaching 11.469 billion dollars, according to statistics from the General Administration of Customs (GAC).
A total of 1.392 billion li-ion batteries have been exported in the first six month of this year, representing a 66.49 percent year-on-year growth.
Top 10 export destinations are US, Germany, Vietnam, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, India and Slovakia, receiving Chinese li-ion battery exports worth 8.703 billion dollars or 75.88 percent of the total export value of such item from January to June this year.
About 1.036 billion li-ion batteries were exported to the top 10 taking up 74.42 percent of the total exports volume in the first half of this year.
