BEIJING, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- Jinan, the capital of east China's Shandong province has held a business matching event on August 13 to attract more Japanese investment.
Hosted by Jinan municipal government, the event invited some 100 Chinese and Japanese enterprises, sharing business opportunities and matching cooperation demand.
Business environment and cooperation opportunities of Jinan as well as cities in the provincial capital economic circle (Zibo, Dongying, Tai'an, Dezhou, Binzhou and Liaocheng) were introduced, highlighting competitive industries, innovation, technology, among other advantages.
Nippon Express and Laox Select entered Jinan market in the first half of this year, with the office of the former settled in high tech zone of Jinan while the latter opened its first store at CCPark Art Theme Mall, a shopping mall in Jinan.
In addition to enterprises which have already opened business in Jinan, officials with N-Gaea Co. Ltd also expressed willingness to cooperate with enterprises in Jinan and other provincial capital economic circle cities in Shandong.
