Jiangsu Jinling Sports (300651.SZ) to establish JV with ABEO

Abstract : Jiangsu Jinling Sports Equipment Co., Ltd (300651.SZ), a leading manufacturer of sports equipment and facilities, announced on Tuesday that it intends to establish a joint venture (JV) with ABEO.

BEIJING, July 20 (Xinhua)-- Jiangsu Jinling Sports Equipment Co., Ltd (300651.SZ), a leading manufacturer of sports equipment and facilities, announced on Tuesday that it intends to establish a joint venture (JV) with ABEO.

It is reported that the total investment in the JV will be 10 million yuan. With the registered capital of 7 million yuan, the JV will see the Shenzhen-listed company hold a 51-percent stake and the ABEO hold the remaining.
