BEIJING, July 6 (Xinhua) -- Listed Chinese company NanJi E-Commerce Co., LTD (002127.SZ) recently announced to establish a joint venture together with the international fashion retail brand C&A, reported stcn.com Monday.
NanJi E-Commerce Co., LTD will have the right to use the C&A trademark online in China, and will take over and rebuild the C&A online flagship store.
NanJi E-Commerce Co., LTD boasts more than ten years of experience in e-commerce business and has integrated China's preponderant manufacturing supply chains, while C&A boasts 100-odd years of history with the concept of green and sustainable development, said Zhang Yuxiang, chairman and general manager of NanJi E-Commerce Co., LTD, adding that the two sides will jointly develop the online business of C&A in China.
The cooperation with C&A will further enrich the brands operated by NanJi E-Commerce Co., LTD which has already had a number of clothing brands, including Nanjiren, CARTELO, Classic Teddy.
By the end of 2020, NanJi E-Commerce Co., LTD had 1,612 cooperative suppliers, 6,079 cooperative dealers and 7,337 authorized stores. The company is expected to have a more outstanding channel advantage as it has made a comprehensive layout in Nasdaq-listed Chinese e-commerce platform Pinduoduo, Chinese online video-sharing platform Douyin, and live-streaming e-commerce channels.
