BEIJING, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Shanghai Topcare Medical Services Co., Ltd. (600532.SH) announced on Tuesday that its wholly-owned subsidiary intends to buy no less than 75-percent stakes in four U.S. medical service companies held by Scott S. Katzman and Tricoli Enterprises, LLC.
According to a filing to stock exchange, the four target companies include the Advanced Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC, the Aesthetic Surgery Center of Winter Park, LLC, the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Boca Raton, LLC, and the West Orange Surgical Center, LLC.
The first three companies are registered in Florida, while the last one is registered in New Jersey. They are all running the surgical centers that treat musculoskeletal system trauma, spinal injuries, sports injuries, and so on.
Scott S. Katzman is an American citizen and lives in Florida. He and the company Tricoli Enterprises, LLC. hold stakes in the four target companies directly or indirectly.
