BEIJING, June 10 (Xinhua) --Chinese fresh vegetable e-commerce platform Dingdong Maicai has submitted its IPO prospectus to the U.S. stock exchange recently, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on Wednesday.
It is reported that Dingdong plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange with a stock code of "DDL".
According to the company's filing, Morgan Stanley, Banc of America Securities, Credit Suisse are underwriters of this offering.
The firm generated a total revenue of 11.34 billion yuan (about 1.73 billion U.S. dollars) in 2020, surging 192.2 percent from that in 2019.
