BEIJING, May 20 (Xinhua) -- The first China Construction Machinery Leasing Conference kicked off on Wednesday in Changsha, capital city of central China's Hunan Province.

Held both online and offline, the event attracted more than 1,000 construction machinery leasing enterprises on the scene and garnered more than 20,000 industrial players participating online. With such a huge audience, the event organizer has broke the Guinness World Record for "the most viewers for a mechanical engineering conference live stream on Kuaishou".

Themed "Setting standards and seeking for new development," the conference aims to hep optimize the industrial chain and achieve high-quality development of the leasing industry, break down industry information barriers and build industry upstream and downstream interconnection, and guide the industry towards a more standardized and healthy development.
An industrial summit themed "New Development in New Era for Leasing Enterprises" was held during the conference, gathering opinions from various industrial experts on topics such as the development trends for small and medium enterprises in the industry and the importance of mechanics for production security.

During the conference, Ge Liping, counselor with China Construction Machinery Chamber of Commerce Leasing Alliance, also announced that many members of the China Leasing Association (CLA) have reached deals at 2021 Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition, with the value standing at 2.434 billion yuan and more deals are on the way, bringing the total value to 8.978 billion yuan.
