BEIJING, April 23 (Xinhua) -- Jilin provincial government has signed a cooperation framework agreement with China Grain Reserves Group (CGRG) recently to deepen the cooperation in areas such as grain storage, Jilin Daily reported Thursday.
In recent years, Jilin Province has worked closely with CGRG and has achieved fruitful results. At present, Jilin is strengthening the protection of black soil, taking the lead in building a national grain security industrial belt in the Northeast Plain of China, vigorously developing modern agriculture, focusing on cultivating and expanding agricultural products and food deep processing industries to better guarantee national grain security, said Jing Junhai, Party chief of Jilin.
