BEIJING, March 31 (Xinhua) -- China's leading liquor maker Kweichow Moutai reported a double-digit growth in operating revenue last year, the Xinhua-run China Securities Journal reported on Tuesday.
According to a statement released by the company on Tuesday, its revenue came at in 94.915 billion yuan last year, an increase of 11.1 percent from 2019.
The company saw its net profit attributable to listed company shareholders amount to 46.697 billion yuan, up 13.33 percent year on year.
By the end of 2020, Kweichow Moutai boasted 2,046 domestic distributors and 104 overseas distributors.
Distilled in the town of Maotai in southwest China's Guizhou Province, Moutai is one of the country's leading liquor brands and often served at state banquets.
