HARBIN, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Northeast China's Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces as well as north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region signed a cooperation agreement last Saturday to jointly build a credit system on culture and tourism industry.

According to the agreement, the four regions will strengthen cooperation in jointly building a credit mechanism, sharing credit information, establishing credit brands, setting up implementation platforms, cultivating talents in the field and conducting related researches.

Meanwhile, the four regions will work together to build a linkage mechanism for rewards, punishment and credit restoration, optimize regional business environment, explore and innovate a new credit-based market supervision method, in a bid to promote the healthy and orderly development of culture and tourism industry.

In addition, the four provinces have decided to set up a blacklist of dishonest people or groups in the culture and tourism market with an aim to ensure the smooth running of the ongoing ice and snow tourism and related performance.
