BEIJING, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- China has carried out capacity and investment cooperation with 40 plus countries, Gao Gao, deputy secretary-general of the National Development and Reform Commission, said at the 12th China Overseas Investment Fair held on Wednesday in Beijing.
Gao suggested that countries should join hands to promote transportation, energy, communication and other infrastructure interconnection projects, and further enhance communications in areas of policy, market, rules and standards so as to create an enabling international cooperation environment for the free flow of resources, funds, technologies and talents.
Regarding third-party market cooperation, Gao mentioned that in recent years, China has established third-party market cooperation mechanisms with a dozen countries, including France, the United Kingdom, Japan, Italy and Singapore. The country has also made efforts to boost cooperation between Chinese enterprises and their overseas partners in such fields as infrastructure, energy and environmental protection, manufacturing, and finance in Asia, Africa, Latin America and other regions.
