BEIJING, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- The Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd. (PowerChina) reported growth in new contract value in the first 10 months.
The total contract value of newly signed projects exceeded 547.23 billion yuan (about 83.18 billion U.S. dollars) during the period, up 32.05 percent year on year, according to a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
In breakdown, the contract value of newly signed domestic projects was about 393.89 billion yuan, up 28.21 percent year on year, while that of the overseas projects grew 43.04 percent year on year to around 153.35 billion yuan.
