BEIJING, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- The Bank of China (BOC), one of the country's state-owned lenders, recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC) during the third China International Import Expo (CIIE) in a bid to deepen their all-around cooperation.
As the only strategic partner of the CIIE, Bank of China relies on its globalization and comprehensive advantages to upgrade supporting services, product services, branch services and docking services, aiming to provide better and efficient financial support for companies participating in the CIIE.
As the designated insurance service provider of the CIIE, CPIC provides one-stop comprehensive protection including the property insurance, life insurance, and health insurance, and integrated risk management services for the third edition.
The in-depth cooperation between the two sides will assist the CIIE to achieve the goal of larger scale, better quality, stronger innovation, higher level and better achievements.
In recent years, Bank of China and CPIC have continuously strengthened all-round business cooperation. The two parties will see this agreement signed as an opportunity to jointly serve the construction of Shanghai's international financial center, the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the Belt and Road Initiative, contributing more to the promotion of high-quality financial services for the development of the real economy.
