NAIROBI, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese phone maker Vivo on Tuesday announced that the Y20 is now available in Kenya.
James Irungu, brand manager, Vivo Smartphone Kenya said that the mobile device will retail at 13, 999 shillings (about 128 U.S. dollars) and will also be available on the e-commerce platform Jumia.
Irungu said in a statement that the mid-range device comes with advanced features for performance, a premium design, as well as combining a cutting edge AI triple camera to seamlessly capture moments with enough detail and perfection.
"This combination goes in line with the brand's focus of offering stylish smartphones infused with trendsetting technologies at the most competitive price points," he noted.
"As an evolving youth-centric brand, we are continuously innovating to deliver stylish smartphones infused with trendsetting technologies at the most competitive price points locally," he observed.
Irungu noted that the Y20 has been designed to be user-friendly, support various multimedia activities, gaming functions and it comes equipped with a large size battery capacity and a strong processor. Enditem
