BEIJING, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- China Everbright Bank, a joint-stock lender, saw its operating revenues rise in the first three quarters of this year, as the Chinese economy expands recovery.
From January to September, the lender garnered combined operating revenues of 106.82 billion yuan (about 16.11 billion U.S. dollars), up 6.6 percent year on year, the bank said in a statement.
Its total net profits declined 5.6 percent year on year to 29.7 billion yuan in the first three quarters, narrowing from the 10.1-percent drop in the first half.
At the end of September, the non-performing loan ratio of the bank was 1.53 percent, down 0.03 percentage points compared with the end of last year, according to the bank.
The bank has provided targeted financial services to support the poverty-alleviation campaign, with related total outstanding loans reaching 24.216 billion yuan by the end of September, up 4.544 billion yuan from the end of last year. Enditem
