BEIJING, Sept. 27 (Xinhua) – Construction on 220 projects have started in east China's Anhui Province, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on Saturday.
With a total investment of 168.84 billion yuan, the projects cover a variety of areas including strategic emerging industries, traditional industrial upgrading and rebuilding, urban infrastructure, ecological construction, and service industries.
By the end of this year, an investment of 21.4 billion yuan will be made in these projects.
It is reported that the local government will ramp up efforts to strengthen service guarantee and promote the smooth implementation of the projects.
