BEIJING, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- Hainan Airlines, a subsidiary of HNA Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chinese ride-hailing giant Didi Chuxing on Monday, in a bid to forge a new model featuring in air-ground combined transportation and smart mobility.
The two sides will make full use of their respective advantages in resources and carry out an in-depth cooperation in product innovation, brand cooperation, joint marketing, members' rights and interests, as well as enterprise travel.
