MILAN, Sept. 10 (Class Editori) - New victory for Matica Fintec in its climb towards East Europe markets. The company from Novara (Piedmont) specialized in the production of machines and technological systems for the issuance of digital cards addressed to financial (digital payment) and government institutions (ID) has won a tender for the supply of a centralized system addressed to the issuance and personalization of the Polish health card.
The order provides for the supply of the S6200GG system equipped with mailers, which will allow to manage the personalization process, from the printing to the packaging, of the health document.
Matica Fintec has participated in the tendering procedure with the Polish partner Unicard SA, market leader in the field of access control systems, people identification systems, security and integration with the building automation. The direct order to the government market for the centralized issuance of health cards will be fulfilled in a very short time and the delivery is already expected to take place in September.

"Managing to win public tenders, by competing with the main players of the sector, proves that Matica Fintec is able to offer solutions which can meet the customers' needs and are successful both from a technical and a qualitative point of view."
Matica Fintec is an innovative SME, active in the design, production and sale of high technologic solutions for the issuance of digital cards addressed to credit cards, cash cards, and rechargeable cards, ID cards, passports, driving licences, according to the highest security standards.
The efforts made in terms of Research and Development with R&D investments amounting at more than 10% of the annual turnover have allowed the company to certify 9 patents and obtain the Innovative SME status.
In 2019, the company achieved a €15.0 billion production value with an EBITDA equal to 3.2 million, while 97% of its turnover was generated abroad with more than 200 countries served.
Last May, Matica Fintec won a €550,000 commission for the supply of Financial Instant Issuance forms addressed to the Bank of China. In addition to Asia, the company from Novara is quickly expanding in the Middle East and Africa, where it has an ongoing important supply with the South African government.
"The Arabic market has been the first one to open up to our products," as Camilleri has explained, "and today, it accounts for 30% of our earnings. Another 30% is achieved by the work done in Americas. We are aiming at particularly growing in Asia, a market which represents the real challenge of the future due to its price logics and logistics issues".
