BEIJING, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) -- China Post Group Corporation Limited (China Post) and Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAC Group) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on Monday, aiming to better promote the sustainable and healthy development of both sides.
According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in the fields of market development and service, vehicle procurement and car purchase by employees, finance, logistics and mobile travel.
For example, in the area of market development and service, China Post will help GAC Group expand its footprint in the national market. The two sides will explore new retail solutions for automobiles, and carry out cooperation in service system construction, power battery service, brand promotion and customer relations.
In terms of logistics, the two sides will actively advance cooperation in document and goods delivery, international freight forwarding service, international warehousing, overseas distribution, import and export customs clearance at key ports, and bonded logistics.
As a Fortune Global 500 company, China Post has a global postal network connecting urban and rural areas in China and covering nationwide outlets.
