BEIJING, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- China's tech giant Huawei and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPD Bank) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Tuesday to carry out an all-round cooperation, the Xinhua-run China Securities Journal reported on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, the two parties will continue to deepen innovative collaboration in the fields such as the financial cloud platform, financial Internet of Things, financial intelligent image recognition, Kunpeng ecology, smart parks and etc.
In addition, the two sides will actively study and deliberate on how to conduct the in-depth cooperation in the areas of digital transformation, financial services and terminal retail.
It is learned that SPD Bank will provide high-quality financial services for Huawei's ecological partners, while Huawei will help the bank to accelerate digital transformation and financial technology improvement.
The two parties will draw on their respective strengths to establish a comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship under the principle of complementary advantages and resource sharing.
