BEIJING, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- China's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Export-Import Bank of China extended their strategic partnership to jointly promote international cooperation in agriculture, according to a circular posted on the ministry's website on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in supporting agricultural import and export, overseas investment by agricultural enterprises, construction of modern agriculture system, development of new agricultural business entities, and relief of agricultural enterprises affected by the COVID-19.
Since the two sides started strategic cooperation in 2008, they have promoted a batch of enterprises and projects those engage in international agricultural operations to obtain financing.
