BEIJING, July 15 (Xinhua) -- Shenzhen Securities Communication Co. inked on Tuesday an agreement with Guangdong Equity Exchange to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of blockchain research and application, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on Tuesday.
At the signing ceremony, the two sides' first collaborative project on providing blockchain certification service was officially launched, according to the report.
Under the agreement, the two parties will work together to conduct blockchain technology research and application in the area of share registration and custody of non-listed companies with an aim to vigorously enhance the credibility of equity registration and custody in regional equity markets, and play a more active role in market equity financing and help enterprises to effectively connect with the multi-level capital market.
It is learned that in the future, the two sides will further strengthen collaborative innovation in the field of blockchain, jointly develop more blockchain technology research and application projects, and push forward the mutual beneficial business relationship in an attempt to create a benign blockchain ecology of multi-level capital market in China.
