BEIJING, July 4 (Xinhua) -- China Vanke Co., Ltd., one of the country's major property developers, saw its sales increase in June.
The developer said, in a filing to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, that its contracted property sales totaled 73.37 billion yuan (about 10.39 billion U.S. dollars) last month, up from 61.28 billion yuan in May.
The sales volume was also higher than the 66.39 billion yuan the company registered in June last year.
For the first half of the year, the company's contracted sales amounted to 320.48 billion yuan, a decrease from 334 billion yuan a year ago. Enditem
