BEIJING, July 1 (Xinhua) -- China will beef up efforts to further stabilize consumption expectations and boost consumer confidence, the country's commerce ministry said on Tuesday.
China's consumer market has overcome the adverse effect of the coronavirus pandemic and achieved a rapid recovery since the beginning of this year, illustrating that China's consumer market has great growth potential and strong resilience, Li Danghui, an official with the Ministry of Commerce, said at a press conference.
According to Li, sales of export products at home will further enrich the country's market supply and promote the updating of the consumption market.
