BEIJING, June 17 (Xinhua) -- Anhui Xiaohuagua Clothing E-commerce Co., Ltd., a small firm engaging in clothing production and e-commerce services in Huaibei, a prefecture-level city in east China's Anhui Province, plans to build a professional center for customized experience in the commercial center of Huaibei City by the end of 2020 to lay a solid foundation for national and global chain operations.
