BEIJING, June 16 (Xinhua) -- Northwest China's Shaanxi Province has recently issued a guideline to boost integrated development of local express and manufacturing industries, aiming to achieve the industrial linkage between the two sectors, reported local newspaper Shaanxi Daily Saturday.
According to the guideline, by 2025, express service is expected to be integrated in automobile, aerospace equipment manufacturing, electronic information, new materials, biomedicine and other manufacturing sectors.
At that time, the province is expected to have a supply chain service capacity covering procurement, production, sales, and after-sale.
Shaanxi will make efforts to develop the whole industrial chain, improve its application, save energy and reduce emissions, and expand overseas markets.
The guideline also pointed out that Shaanxi should adopt reliable policy support and effective talent training measures to facilitate integration development between the express industry and the manufacturing industry.
