These are some of the pieces which are part of a wide project, aiming at reinforcing the commitment side by side to our customers, in countries where Landini, McCormick and Valpadana tractors are well known and appreciated.
The group governance is under the responsibility of Valerio Morra and his sons Alberto and Simeone Morra because the group will be committed also to the creation of new commercial partnerships, by following the example of the joint venture with Anadolu in Turkey, the opening of additionalbranches and the development of the existing ones particularly in South Africa where the Italian group is the market leader.
Boksburg’s headquarter, in Johannesburg, boasts a network of more than 60 dealers in the country as well as some dealers in Zimbabwe and one in Zambia. Among the targets of Godfried Heydenrych- the new director of the subsidiary-, there isgrowing in all the ranges with a particular attention to high power tractors and digital innovations.

A few years ago, the 4.0 business transformation together with the development strategy of imports and dealers’ network has started. The acceleration phase related to the 50 million financing, which has just been obtained, will focus on new developments. The research and development, as well as the engineering division, which ensures the placement in the production of high-specialized agricultural machines, are located in the main headquarter of Fabbrico (Reggio-Emilia province) where significant investments are concentrated: about 5.5% of the annual turnover.
“The support to Argo Tractors industrial plan meets the CDP targets, aimed at supporting the best Italian Mid-Caps which are already successful in their own reference sector in Italy and would like to increase their own competitiveness and the dimension of their own export by reaching and strengthening their presence on new markets”, as Nunzio Tartaglia- Head of CDP Enterprises division- has stated.
