BEIJING, April 14 (Xinhua) -- China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Henan FTZ), located in central China, is presenting to the outside world a vibrant inland FTZ featuring optimized infrastructure and business environment.
Established in 2017, the FTZ has improved five service systems concerning administration service, regulation and supervision, finance, legal service and multimodal transportation to construct a competitive and investor-friendly business environment.
By the end of 2019, Henan FTZ had completed 159 of the 160 reform tasks outlined in the Master Plan for China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone issued by Chinese cabinet, the State Council in March 2017.
Meanwhi 98 of the 106 reform and innovation tasks required in the Special Plan on Construction of China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Henan FTZ) released by the People's Government of Henan Province in October 2017 had been concluded by the end of 2019.
Over the past three years since its establishment, Henan FTZ has attracted around 69,400 enterprises to establish businesses and 92 of the world's top 500 companies to invest in its Zhengzhou Area, Kaifeng Area and Luoyang Area.
