NVC Lighting (02222.HK) to sell 70pct stake in China NVC-lighting business to KKR

Abstract : NVC Lighting Holding Limited (02222.HK) announced recently that it has entered into an agreement with KKR, an international investment organization which will buy a 70-percent equity stake in its China NVC-lighting business ("NVC China") for about 794 million U.S. dollars.
