Summary of Policies for Financial Support
(I) Notice of the Office of the Guigang Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for Rewarding Innovative Research and Development and Integration of Informationization and Industrialization of Industrial Enterprises in Guigang City (GZBF [2018] No.23) (The Measures is tentatively implemented from 2018 to 2020)
1. For the industrial enterprises registered and established within the jurisdiction of Guigang with the status of independent legal entity which pays taxes in accordance with law, corresponding subsidies and rewards shall be given to them if they meet the following certification standards. Reward standard:
(1) The enterprises that have been approved by the enterprise technology centers at the national, autonomous region and city levels after January 2016 shall be respectively granted the subsidies of 300,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan.
(2) The enterprises that have been approved by the engineering technology research centers at the national, autonomous region and city levels after January 2016 shall be respectively granted the subsidies of 300,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan.
(3) The enterprises that have been certified as "national technological innovation demonstration enterprises" after January 2016 shall be granted a reward of 150,000 yuan, which will replace the subsidy.
(4) The enterprises that have been certified as "national high-tech enterprises" after January 2016 shall be granted a reward of 300,000 yuan, which will replace the subsidy.
(5) The enterprises that have been granted the title of "national pilot demonstration projects for integration of informationization and industrialization" (pilot enterprises implementing the Management System for Integration of Informationization and Industrialization) after January 2016 shall be granted a reward of 300,000 yuan, which will replace the subsidy.
(6) The enterprises that have been certified as "national brand cultivation pilot enterprises" (National Quality Benchmarks) after January 2016 shall be granted a reward of 100,000 yuan, which will replace the subsidy.
(7) The enterprises that have been certified as "innovative enterprises or innovative pilot enterprises at the autonomous region level" after January 2016 shall be granted a reward of 100,000 yuan, which will replace the subsidy.
(8) The enterprises that have been certified as "measurement benchmarking demonstration enterprises" at the national and autonomous region levels after January 2016 shall be rewarded 300,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan, respectively.
(9) The enterprises that have been granted the "Guangxi Excellent Achievement Award for New Products" or "Guangxi Industrial Design Award" shall be given the following rewards according to each award level: 50,000 yuan for the first prize, 30,000 yuan for the second prize, and 20,000 yuan for the third prize.
(10) The enterprises that have been certified as "academician workstations, technology enterprise incubators and filed maker spaces at the autonomous region level" after January 2016 shall be rewarded 300,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan, respectively, and the rewards will replace the subsidies.
(11) The enterprises that have been certified as "enterprises with intellectual property advantages" at the national and autonomous region levels after January 2016 shall be rewarded 300,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan, respectively, and the rewards will replace the subsidies.
(12) The enterprises that have been granted the "China Quality Award" (including the Nomination Award) after January 2016 shall be given a reward of 500,000 yuan. The enterprises that have been granted the "Guangxi Chairman Quality Award" (including the Nomination Award) shall be given a reward of 300,000 yuan. The enterprises that have been granted the title of "China Protected Geographical Indication Products" shall be given a reward of 300,000 yuan. The enterprises that have been granted the "Guangxi Famous Brand Products" and the "Guangxi Service Industry Brand" shall be respectively given a reward of 100,000 yuan.
(13) The enterprises that have been certified as "standardized demonstration (pilot) projects" at the national or autonomous region level after January 2016 shall be rewarded 200,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan, respectively. Given that the enterprises participate in formulation (revision) of national standards, industry standards and Guangxi standards, 300,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan shall be rewarded to the enterprises for each published standard, respectively.
(II) Notice of the Office of the Guigang Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for Rewarding the Industrial Enterprises in Guigang City for Being Upgraded and Included in the List of Statistics Department (GZBF [2018] No. 28) (The Measures is implemented from July 18, 2018 to July 18, 2021)
For the enterprises that have prime operating revenue of more than 20 million yuan and have been included into the industrial enterprises above designated size for the first time, each shall be rewarded 100,000 yuan.
