BEIJING, June 11 (Xinhua) -- The trade value between China and Slovakia from January to March was 1.56 billion euros, up 4.88 percent year on year, according to the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic.
Slovakia's imports from China in the first three months amounted to 1.16 billion euros, down 3.4 percent year on year, while its exports to China reached 401 million euros, up 39.5 percent year on year, showing a trade deficit of 758 million euros.
The two countries vowed in April that they would keep opening their markets to each other and further cooperation in various fields such as digital economy, transportation, and logistics. (Edited by Su Dan)
