BEIJING, June 11 (Xinhua) -- Several ministries of China have recently made intensive researches on foreign-funded enterprises so as to accelerate pace of formulating supporting regulations and rules for its foreign investment law.
The ministries have given their opinions on the supporting laws and regulations of the foreign investment law on separate fields after their on-spot investigation.
Until quite lately, an expert consultation meeting on formulating supporting regulations for foreign investment law was held in Beijing. It was learnt that Ministry of Justice, together with Ministry of Commerce and National Development and Reform Commission, are setting about drafting supporting rules.
On March 15 this year, the second session of the 13th National People's Congress passed the foreign investment law, a landmark legislation that will provide stronger protection and a better business environment for overseas investors.
