BEIJING, May 31 (Xinhua) -- Chinese steel wheel manufacturer Xingmin Intelligent Transportation Systems (Group) Co., Ltd. (002355.SZ) has reached a strategic cooperation on Thursday in intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) with Savari Inc., a vehicle networking communication system developer headquartered in the Silicon Valley, according to the company's announcement.
The two sides intend to carry out comprehensive cooperation in the aspects of C-V2X communication software and intelligent transportation related products and services, including intelligent vehicle terminal, testing area, V2X scenarios, control algorithms, intelligent traffic data operation, etc.
On February 2010, Xingmin got listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first steel wheel manufacturer to go public in the Chinese mainland.
