BEIJING, Apr. 1 (Xinhua) -- Fuan Pharmaceutical (group) Co., Ltd. (300194.SZ) announced Monday that it had inked agreement of intent with U.S.’ Red Realty LLC and Golden Way Investor, LLC for cooperation over areas such as industrial cannabis green planting, industrial cannabis products extraction and deep processing.
The company said in a filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange that it has technological edge in fields of drug research, development and production while its counterparts have mature industrial cannabis planting base, processing equipment and sales channels in Las Vegas, Nevada of the United States, thus the two parties could cooperate through own advantages.
