BEIJING -- Northeast China's Jilin Province plans to introduce a series of measures to support enterprises in the service industry to "go out," according to the department of commerce of Jilin Province.
Jilin Province will make piloting in Changchun, Jilin and Yanbian in a bid to expand the openness level in the sectors of finance, education and aged caring. The government will grant subsidies for those enterprises that successfully establish overseas outlets.
On the one hand, Jilin Province will introduce advanced technology and managerial experience to improve the competitive edge of the service industry. On the other hand, it plans to support enterprises in sectors of automobile, medicine, software, information network construction, logistics and property fields to "go out."
In these sectors, Jilin Province will support enterprises establishing overseas research center and also encourage the current overseas industrial parks to launch logistics, e-commerce and storage services.
