BEIJING, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- Bilateral trade between China and Uzbekistan surged 68.1 percent on year to 576 million U.S. dollars in January 2019, accounting for 17.2 percent of Uzbekistan's foreign trade, official data showed.
According to statistics from the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics, China's exports to Uzbekistan totaled 324 million U.S. dollars, while China's imports from Uzbekistan reached 252 million U.S. dollars, making China largest import source and largest export destination of Uzbekistan.
In January, Uzbekistan achieved foreign trade of about 3.35 billion U.S. dollars,, up 26.8 percent year on year.
