BEIJING, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- The Gansu Provincial Department of Finance will issue 8.9 billion yuan of local government bonds by public tender through Ministry of Finance (MOF)-Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) government bonds issuance system on February 27.
According to the information released by SSE, the bonds, with the maturity of ten years, are general fixed-rate ones. The underwriting group of the bonds consists of 52 underwriters including CITIC Securities as the lead underwriter, Haitong Securities, Guotai Junan Securities and GF Securities.
