Abstract : Liaoning Shidai Wanheng announced on Thursday that its subsidiary Union Lithplus Energy (Liaoning) Corp. had signed a five-year term business agreement with BMZ group, a Germany-based manufacturer of lithium-ion battery systems.
BEIJING, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) -- Liaoning Shidai Wanheng. Co., Ltd. (Shidai Wanheng, 600241.SH) announced on Thursday that its subsidiary Union Lithplus Energy (Liaoning) Corp. (Lithplus) had signed a five-year term business agreement with BMZ group, a Germany-based manufacturer of lithium-ion battery systems.
BMZ will buy 164.05 million units of lithium batteries from Lithplus from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2023, with value totaling about 214.51 million U.S. dollars, according to the agreement. (Edited by Su Dan, Niu Huizhe)
