BEIJING, Jan. 25 (Xinhua) --- Penyao Environmental Protection (300664.SZ) said that its shareholder Ciena Enterprises Limited intends to transfer 48 million unrestricted shares, equivalent to 10 percent of its total share capital, to two individuals through an agreement.
The transaction will be about 435 million yuan at the price of 9.06 yuan per share. It will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the listed company.
Penyao, a Chinese environmental protection company, provided domestic sewage, industrial waste water treatment, and other related services.
