BEIJING, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- Southwest China's Guizhou Province has released an implementation plan to earmark 50 million yuan of special funds annually to support the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone in Guiyang city, capital of the province.
Under the plan, Guizhou will focus on developing six systems and two platforms as the fundamental frameworks of the cross-border e-commerce development for the province.
Specifically, the six systems include information sharing, financial services, intelligent logistic, e-commerce integrity, statistical monitoring and risk prevention and control system, which will together provide management and services covering the whole process and subjects of the cross-border e-commerce.
The two platforms, namely the online comprehensive services platform and the offline industrial park platform, will create soft and hard environment for the pilot are construction, according to the action plan.
It strives to build a cross-border e-commerce big data service center and a cross-border e-commerce logistics distribution center in Guiyang comprehensive bonded zone in three to five years.
In addition, Guizhou will expand the cross-border e-commerce to other areas of the province. (Edited by Jiang Feifan)
