BEIJING, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) -- Kingswood Enterprise Co Ltd (600255. SH) announced Thursday that its overseas subsidiary DFG Pictures Inc. recently signed a business contract worth 16 million U.S. dollars with Big Box Entertainment LLC.
According to the company's filling to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, DFG Pictures transfers all relevant rights related to the plays including "Malibu Beats" and "1st and Ten" to Big Bos Entertainment.
Meanwhile, DFG have also signed a business contract worth 7.8 million U.S. dollars with Green Key Corporation on transferring all relevant rights related to the play "ComConvict", according to Kingswood.
