BEIJING, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) -- Guanping bridge has recently seen its sections join together, which has further pushed forward the construction of the China-Laos railway.
Guanping bridge will serve as a part of the Yuxi-Boten railway line which is the section of the China-Laos railway in China.
In a full length of 233.17 meters, the Guanping bridge is above the Kunming-Bangkok international highway and the G213 national highway. It is located in Jinghong city of southwest China's Yunnan province.
Yuxi-Boten railway line is designed to allow trains running at 160 kilometers per hour, with a length of 508 kilometers. It is connected to the railway line section of the China-Laos railway in Laos. (Edited by Jiang Feifan, Hu Pingchao)
