BEIJING, Dec. 19 (Xinhua) -- Beijing NAV Technology Co., Ltd. (300456.SZ), a private technology company in China, announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary in east China's Qingdao City had successfully developed an 8-inch GaN-on-Si epitaxial wafer.
This has made the subsidiary one of the leading companies around the globe those are able to produce 8-inch GaN epitaxial wafers with long-term reliability.
