BEIJING, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cross-border supervision cooperation and information exchange, according to CSRC.
The MoU will facilitate the cooperation between CSRC and the SFC in the interest of fulfilling their respective mandates, particularly in the areas of investor protection, preventing financial risk to push forward stable and healthy capital market development in Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
