BEIJING, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- South China's Hainan Province has issued a pilot plan to deepen innovation development of its service trade, with 107 pilot tasks identified, according to Hainan Daily on Wednesday.
To achieve the better development of the service trade, Hainan will improve the management system, expand opening-up to the outside world, innovate development modes and enhance the level of facilitation.
The province will make full use of the favorable policies for service trade development and the pilot free trade zone construction to target higher service trade growth than the growth of its goods trade and GDP and the national service trade, said the plan.
At present, the province has been promoting establishment of a "single window" management platform for international trade, advancing construction of the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, and increasing international air routes to main sources of tourists.
