BEIJING, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) -- East China's Shandong Province on Monday released an implementation plan for the construction of China-ROK Industrial Park in Yantai city.
According to the plan, the park aims to attract the superior resources and advanced technologies from the Republic of Korea (ROK), boost the upgrading of existing industrial structure, and build a high-end international industrial system.
To be specific, four bases and two centers will be built, namely, a new energy vehicle whole-industry chain production base, a new-generation electronic information industry production base, a new material research and development production base, a high-end equipment industry base, and a life science industry center and a China-ROK modern service industry integration center.
Shandong will give financial and tax support policies to the industrial park and support its pioneering tests in various fields, in an effort to achieve higher opening-up. (Edited by Hu Pingchao, hupingchao@xinhua.org)
