BEIJING, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- South China's Guangdong Province released policies to support high-quality development of the private economy on Wednesday.
The province will further improve the approval service, relax market access, reduce the production and operation costs of private enterprises, and ease their financing difficulties.
It will improve the public service system for the private enterprises, promote innovation development of private enterprises, support them to train and introduce talents, and strengthen protection of their legal rights and interests.
In the fields of transportation, water conservancy, municipal administration, etc., the province will support the private capital to establish or participate in relevant industrial investment funds.
Guangdong will promote equal treatment for the private enterprises in the use of land, water and electricity in the fields of the education, health and pension.
Meanwhile, it also encourages the private real estate enterprises to make transformation and enter the strategic emerging industries.
In terms of continuously reducing the cost burden of private enterprises, Guangdong will increase financing for the private business, and encourage banking institutions to renew the loans without repayment of principal for the small and micro enterprises to resolve their financing difficulties.
