BEIJING, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- A photo exhibition celebrating the 12th anniversary of Kareem Qin (Qin Yong)'s commitment to China-Arab friendship was held in Beijng on Tuesday.
Through more than 200 pictures, the exhibition authentically records the historical course of Kareem Qin's work to promote China-Arab friendship for 12 years (from 2006 to 2018), which is also an expression of his persistence to become the good will messenger of peace of the Middle East.
Kareem Qin has remarkable experiences and distinctive achievements in exploring the promotion of China-Arab friendship and the peace of the Middle East, said Ren Yuling, former standing member of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
Anwar Alabudulla, ambassador of Bahrain to China, pointed out that with hard working and persistence, Kareem Qin has been standing at the forefront of promoting the friendship and cooperation of China-Arab. Kareem deserved to be called as the forerunner of China-Arab non-governmental diplomacy.
Kareem Qin said at the opening ceremony that under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative, he will continue to contribute a lot to promoting the relationship of China-Arab and the Middle East.
