BEIJING, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- Guoxuan High-Tech Co., Ltd. (002074.SZ) announced on Wednesday that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hefei Guoxuan High-tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. had signed an agreement on Tuesday with Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd. (JAC) to promote new energy vehicle marketization, according to the company's filing to the stock exchange.
According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate to develop multiple pure electric vehicle power battery systems with energy density above 140Wh/kg, which will be used in passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
Besides, Hefei Guoxuan High-tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. will fully upgrade its lithium iron phosphate batteries, in a bid to guarantee the supply of related products. (Edited by Gu Shanshan, Zhang Yuan, zhangyuan11@xinhua.org)
